Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlets
    3 cans cream of chicken soup mix
    2 cans cream of celery soup mix
    1 (32 oz.) jar mayo
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli spears
    1 lb. rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix soup mixes and mayo together. Defrost and drain water out of broccoli.
    Roll broccoli inside chicken cutlets.
    Cover with soup mix sauce over chicken cutlets. Sprinkle with grated cheese and then top with bread crumbs.
    Bake for about 1 hour and 45 minutes or until brown.
    Serve over rice. Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
