Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1/4 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked rice
    2/3 c. chicken broth
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Simmer the onion in butter.
    Add chicken; let simmer for a few more minutes.
    Mix soup, rice, broth and soy sauce; put into dish. Put noodles on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
