Potatoes Plus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes
1 small onion, diced
3/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. oleo
5 slices cheese
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Slice potatoes thin.
Boil until tender.
Heat milk, add oleo, cheese and soup.
Drain potatoes and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle onions over.
Pour sauce over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
