Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream 1/3 of powdered sugar with butter and salt in a large bowl.
    Blend in vanilla, 2 tablespoons milk and remaining powdered sugar; mix well.
    Gradually stir in remaining milk until desired spreading consistency is reached.
    Makes enough frosting for 2 (9-inch) round pans.
