Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    4 chicken breasts, cooked
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    Ritz crackers (40 to 50)
    butter
Preparation
    Place uncooked rice in bottom of pan; pull chicken from bone and place on rice.
    Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over rice and chicken.
    Crush crackers; mix with poppy seed and sprinkle over chicken.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until it bubbles in middle.
