Forgotten Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. regular rice
    2 chickens, cut into serving pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can water
    1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
Preparation
    Put the dry rice in the bottom of large baking dish or roaster.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over the rice.
    Lay chicken pieces on top of this.
    Mix the 2 cans of soup and 1 can of water and pour over the chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
    Cover with lid or foil.
