Scalloped Ham And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. chunked ham
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook potatoes until almost tender.
Drain; place in a large baking dish.
To this, add milk, flour and butter and mix thoroughly.
Add ham and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add 1 cup cheese and mix well.
Then top with rest of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
