Oyster Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 oz. small stewing oysters
    1/2 stick margarine
    Oysterette crackers
    half and half
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease a round, 2-quart bowl casserole dish.
    Layer Oysterette crackers and oysters; dot with margarine and add salt and pepper. Make two layers.
    Pour half and half over all up to second layer. Let dish set for 20 minutes.
    Top with some crushed saltines or Oysterettes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serve hot!
