Pumpkin Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
3 c. pumpkin
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Blend salad oil and sugar.
Whip in eggs and stir pumpkin into creamed mixture.
Measure flour, salt, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda.
Sift all together.
Then stir into pumpkin creamed mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done for 40 to 45 minutes in two greased loaf pans.
Let cool before removing from pans.
Bread may be toasted or plain or spread with oleo. May be frozen.
Stays moist.
