Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium-large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 stalks celery, cut up
1/2 to 3/4 box acini de pepe (P & R is one brand)
cracker crumbs
mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Saute in frypan the onion, pepper and celery.
Cook acini de pepe (or any other small pasta) until tender and drain.
Combine sauteed mixture and acini de pepe with mayonnaise (as you would a salad) in a casserole dish.
