Peppered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 c. soy sauce
    flour
    approximately 4 green peppers
    desired seasonings
Preparation
    Cut round steak into squares (same size as beef tips).
    Cut green peppers into eighths.
    Cook meat in skillet on medium heat (add a tablespoon of oil).
    Add soy sauce, green bell peppers and desired seasonings.
    After 5 minutes, mix 1 cup of flour to 2 cups of water and mix with fork (it should be a little watery, not thick).
    Add to meat and cook for 30 minutes.
