Ingredients

1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar with mixer and add all other ingredients in order.
Great for cookie press or refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm enough to handle.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 to 9 minutes.
