Smothered Rabbit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rabbits
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    5 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 onions, sliced
    1 c. red wine or sour cream
Preparation
    Cut rabbit
    into
    serving pieces; roll in flour.
    Brown meat in\tcooking
    oil.
    Start
    off with hot grease, then turn heat to simmer.
    Add
    water and flour; cook on low heat until done. Cooking time should be about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
