Cheese Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    4 thin slices Cheddar or Swiss
Preparation
    Place butter in a shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
    Microwave on High until melted.
    Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Beat with a fork to scramble.
    Microwave 6 to 8 minutes on High or until eggs are almost set, but very soft, stirring once.
    Top with cheese.
    Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on High or until cheese is softened.
    Serves 4.
