Dried Beef Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (2 1/2 oz.) jars dried beef, chopped fine (reserve some for garnish)
2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Mix
cream
cheese, dried beef, onion, green peppers and horseradish,
then\tblend
in sour cream carefully.
Shape into log and roll in reserved dried beef.
Serve with party rye.
