Amish Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c. crackers
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk.
    Beat egg yolks with sugar and add to milk.
    Add coconut and crackers.
    Cook on stove until thick.
    Beat egg whites. Add vanilla and fold in.
    Makes 2 quarts.
