Chicken With Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 lb. whole chicken breast
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 tsp. grated ginger root
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 medium green peppers, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
    4 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. walnut halves
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Skin, halve lengthwise and debone chicken breast into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
    In a small bowl, stir soy sauce into cornstarch.
    Stir in dry sherry, ginger root, sugar, salt and pepper; set aside.
