Pineapple-Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can coconut
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. flour
    2 (9-inch) pie shells, unbaked
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except coconut.
    Pour into pie shells. Sprinkle 1/2 can coconut on each pie.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 275\u00b0.
