Broccoli-Corn-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped fresh broccoli flowerets
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (11 oz.)can whole kernel corn-drained
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    8 slices of bacon- cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat broccoli in vented, covered dish; add water.
    Cook 4 minutes in microwave.
    Drain; set aside.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine cottage cheese, eggs, butter and flour in container of a blender, process until smooth.
    Set aside.
