Beef Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pastry crust
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (11 oz.) can condensed tomato bisque, undiluted or 1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup, undiluted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Brush the inside of the pie shell with a small amount of beaten eggs.
Prick bottom with a fork.
Bake 10 minutes.
Set aside.
Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook ground beef and onions together until beef is lightly browned and onions are golden.
Drain and put into pastry shell.
Beat eggs and soup until well blended.
Pour over beef mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
