Parmesan Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole eggs
    2 cans sweet condensed milk
    2 c. whole milk
    zest of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    dash of nutmeg
    1 c. sugar (for melting and covering the mold)
Preparation
    Melt 1 cup of sugar in a small pan.
    When it gets caramelized, cover the inside of mold.
    Mix all of the ingredients together with a mixer until everything looks uniform, then pour the mix into the mold and bake in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let flan cool in oven before refrigerating.
    Serve chilled.
