Orange Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. grated orange zest (rind)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 lb. bay scallops
Preparation

Combine zest, juice, oil and scallops in a plastic bag; refrigerate 1 hour.
Broil scallops 4 inches from heat, 6 minutes until dull in color.
Add parsley.
