Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. coconut
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat first 2 ingredients until well blended.
    Blend in the next 6 ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell (unbaked) and bake for 45 to 60 minutes in a 10-inch pie shell at 350\u00b0 until center is done (knife inserted comes out clean).
