Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook chicken, debone and dice.
    Combine chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Add chicken and next 5 ingredients. Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; top with cheese and chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until hot.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
