Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/4 oz.) can medium shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 stalk minced celery
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse and cook shrimp in ice water for 20 minutes.
    Mix ingredients together.
    Drain shrimp.
    Mince and add the rest, mixing well.
    Serve with chips.
