Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. stick margarine, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 or 2 ripe bananas
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Using an electric hand mixer, in medium bowl beat until creamy the margarine, sugar and eggs, then add banana(s) and beat well. Add dry ingredients right into banana mixture; beat well.
    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch lightly greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Ovens vary so test after 30 minutes with toothpick in middle of cake.)
