Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (reserve whites)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 stick butter
Preparation

Blend flour, cocoa and sugar in top of double boiler; add eggs and milk and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Add a little vanilla (1/2 teaspoon) and butter or margarine to thickened mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue made from reserved egg whites and brown in oven.
