Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs (beaten)
2 cans cream style corn
28 saltine crackers (crushed)
6 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. onion (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine (melted)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine egg, corn, half of cracker crumbs, milk, onion and pepper. Mix well. Place in casserole dish. Combine remaining cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top of corn mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
