Banana Crunch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sliced apples
2 sliced bananas
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. peanut butter, softened
1/3 c. hulled sunflower seeds
6 lettuce leaves
1/2 c. peanuts
Preparation

Wash, core and slice the apples.
Quickly dip them into the lemon juice; let drain.
Peel and slice bananas.
Quickly dip them into the lemon juice; let drain.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and softened peanut butter until well mixed.
Stir the sunflower seeds into the mayonnaise mixture. Stir the apple slices into the mayonnaise mixture until all slices are well coated.
Put lettuce leaves on small plates.
Spoon the banana mixture onto the lettuce leaves; sprinkle with peanuts. Serves 6.
