Lemonade Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 fluid oz.) can lemonade frozen concentrate
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, softened
    8 oz. thawed Cool Whip
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Beat lemonade concentrate in large bowl for 30 seconds.
    Blend in ice cream gradually.
    Add Cool Whip and coloring; whip until smooth.
    Freeze until mixture will mound.
    Spoon into pie crust. Freeze again for 4 hours or until frozen.
