Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 sticks margarine
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 eggs
    1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil first 3 ingredients for 2 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Use jelly roll pan or 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
    Can be put in a 17 x 11-inch pan also.
    Cool 5 minutes and ice.
    It is good to have icing ready before cake is done.
