Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. lime jello
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large pkg. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
(cherries for color)
Preparation

On low heat stir pineapple (with juice) and dry jello until bubbly.
Stir in cream cheese until well blended.
Add Cool Whip, stir until blended.
Add nuts and chopped cherries.
Refrigerate until completely set.
Makes a pretty Christmas dish with green and red.
