Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    7 oz. flaked coconut
    1 c. maraschino cherries
    2 mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cream together sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in flour mixture gradually, beating until well blended.
    Add carrots, nuts, coconut, cherries, bananas and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 10-inch tube pan (grease and flour lightly).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool, wrap and refrigerate for several days.
