Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (8 oz.) jar applesauce
    4 eggs
    1 lemon, juiced
Preparation
    Prepare crust using wafers and butter.
    Blend remaining ingredients and pour into crust.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Sprinkle a few crust crumbs on top before baking.
