Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef tenderloins (about 1/2-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    3 to 4 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Cook onion and mushrooms (set aside), then in same skillet, cook meat until light brown.
    Reserving 1/3 cup beef broth, stir in remaining broth, catsup, garlic and salt. Cover.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
