Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Set oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Blend margarine, oil and sugar until creamy.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add alternately the flour, milk and raw zucchini.
    Blend until mixture is smooth.
    Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts while cake is warm.
    Serves 10.
    Preparation time:
    15 minutes.
