Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. coffee cream
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
3 drops yellow food coloring
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine coffee cream, vanilla and food coloring.
Let stand, without stirring, while preparing other ingredients.
Stir salt into flour.
Gradually add 1/3 of the cream mixture with whisk or fork as you pour.
Stir in sugar.
Stir in remaining cream.
Let stand for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Line pie pan with unbaked pie crust and sprinkle nutmeg and dot butter on bottom of crust.
Pour in filling.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce to 325\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes longer. Shake every 15 minutes.
