Mince Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans or jars prepared mincemeat
    1 1/2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. raisins, cooked
    1 Tbsp. sherry flavoring
    2 crust pastry dough
Preparation
    Mix mincemeat, apples, raisins and flavoring; pour into pie shell.
    Cover with top pastry.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
