Sweet-Sour Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle cabbage and salt and let stand 1/2 hour.
Combine vinegar, water, sugar and pepper.
Bring to a boil, pour over cabbage.
Refrigerate; drain before serving.
