Heavenly Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans crushed pineapple (including juice, 8 oz. each)
    2 c. small marshmallows
    nuts (optional)
    1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
    1 carton Cool Whip (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix crushed pineapple with juice, marshmallows and nuts, if desired.
    Sprinkle dry instant pudding on mixture.
    Mix well. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Chill about 1 hour.
