Fluffy White Rice - cooking recipe

2 tsp. salt
4 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Place rice, salt, water and butter in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to very low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
This recipe will make from 8 to 10 servings.
