Shrimp Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. diced oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lb. raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 flour tortillas (8-inches in diameter), warmed
1/2 c. salsa
1/4 c. purchased refrigerated guacamole
Preparation

Mix oil, lime juice, oregano, cumin and garlic in shallow glass or plastic dish.
Stir in shrimp.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
