Tuna Crunch(Delicious Microwave Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (approximately 2 c.)
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped cashews
Preparation
    Combine celery, onion and butter in a 1-quart microproof casserole.
    Cook, uncovered, on High (maximum power) for 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking time.
    Drain tuna and flake with fork.
    Add tuna, soup, 2/3 can of noodles and cashews to onion mixture.
    Stir carefully.
    Cover and cook on High (maximum power) for 2 minutes.
    Stir mixture lightly.
    Top with remaining noodles.
    Cook on High (maximum power) for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
    Serves 4.
