Swiss Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 c. peeled and diced apples
1/2 c. walnuts, cut up
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla and beat again.
Sift dry ingredients together; add egg mixture.
Stir in apples and walnuts.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Top with ice cream and whipped cream.
