Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Bob Evan's breakfast sausage
6 slices textured bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Brown the breakfast sausage and drain off grease in colander. Cube the bread and place in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle sausage over bread.
