Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. bread crumbs
    ketchup (as desired)
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, onion, mustard, egg and bread crumbs; mix and add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Knead together until well mixed.
    Form into loaf and put in oven pan. Top with ketchup as to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
