Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box german chocolate cake mix
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    2 cups pecans or walnuts
    1 - 14 ounce bag caramels
    3/4 cup melted butter
    1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Prepare cake mix as per instructions.
    Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Melt caramels with milk in sauce pan over low heat.
    Stir constantly.
    Pour over cake
