Ingredients

6 medium carrots
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
Preparation

Slice carrots.
Simmer in small amount of water and salt for about 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Add carrots.
Cook for 10 minutes, turning and stirring often.
Serve hot.
