Old Fashion Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.), cut up
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    about 2 qt. hot water
    biscuit dough
Preparation
    Note:
    With
    the
    fat
    content\tof today's poultry, you probably won't need the butter except in the crusts.
