Artichoke Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes (in water)
    1 can pitted black olives
    1 pkg. sharp cheese
    1 jar roasted peppers (Mancini)
    3 slices Genoa salami, 1/4-inch thick
Preparation
    Drain artichokes.
    Cut in bite size pieces. Drain olives. Drain peppers and cut in strips. Cut cheese in squares.
    Cut salami in strips.
    If too long, cut in half.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Season with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic salt. (Don't use too much oil and vinegar.)
